What does ESPACE TECH Refurbished PCs sell?
We focus on second‑hand and refurbished IT hardware – mainly laptops, desktop PCs, monitors and related accessories. Most units are ex‑corporate or off‑lease machines that we refurbish, upgrade and prepare for a second life.
Are your computers new or second-hand?
Our machines are second‑hand or ex‑demo units that have been fully checked and refurbished. That means you get used hardware that has been cleaned, tested and refreshed, often with upgraded SSDs and RAM, at a much lower price than new.
Do refurbished PCs come with warranty?
Yes. Every refurbished PC or laptop we sell includes a store warranty period. The exact duration depends on the model and promotion, but typically ranges from 1–6 months. Extended warranty options may be available for bulk or corporate orders.
How do you test and refurbish the computers?
Each unit undergoes cleaning, hardware checks (RAM, storage, ports, display, keyboard, battery where applicable) and stress tests. We replace faulty parts where needed, upgrade to SSD where possible, and reinstall a fresh operating system so the machine is ready to use.
Do you install Windows and basic software?
Yes, our refurbished PCs are supplied with an operating system installed and basic drivers configured. Where applicable, we include a properly licensed OS. We can also pre‑install common free productivity tools at your request.
Can I see or test a unit before buying?
You are welcome to contact us to view and test available units. We recommend reaching out in advance so we can prepare the models you are interested in and ensure someone is available to assist you.
Do you buy back old PCs or accept trade-ins?
Yes, we can evaluate trade‑ins and buy back certain models, especially business‑grade laptops and desktops in working condition. Share the specifications, quantity and condition with us and we will advise on a fair offer or trade‑in value.
Do you sell to individuals or only businesses?
We serve both individual customers and organisations. Students, home users, gamers, small businesses and corporate clients are all welcome. For larger deployments (offices, labs, schools), we can prepare matched batches of units.
Do you offer bulk pricing for offices or schools?
Yes. If you are outfitting an office, classroom or lab, we can propose suitable models, standardise configurations and offer special pricing for bulk purchases. Contact us with your quantity, budget and usage needs for a tailored quotation.
